Job description

The Technical Recruitment Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the recruitment team to support our growing IT staffing and enterprise solutions business. This role requires a strong understanding of technical recruiting, team leadership, and client-driven hiring needs.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, drive performance, and ensure high-quality candidate delivery across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters (junior to senior level)
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (contract, C2C, full-time)
• Partner with Sales teams to understand client requirements
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Monitor team performance (submissions, interviews, placements, conversions)
• Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client SLAs
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key technologies
• Train, mentor, and upskill recruitment team members
• Optimize use of ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools
• Improve recruitment processes, workflows, and reporting metrics
• Ensure high candidate experience and engagement throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT recruiting or staffing
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading recruitment teams
• Strong experience with US staffing (W2, C2C, 1099, contract roles)
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and managing team KPIs
• Experience working with job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS/CRM systems
• Strong understanding of technical roles (software development, cloud, data, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise clients
• Background in both agency staffing and/or in-house recruiting
• Experience scaling recruitment teams in a high-growth environment
• Familiarity with offshore/onshore recruiting models
