Job summary

Help At Home, LLC in Miami seeks an On-site Recruiting Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment for the local office. The role is hybrid and requires attendance at the Miami office, events, and job fairs about 1–2 times a week.

You will build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles. A bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in recruiting or home-care experience are preferred; MS Office skills and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; HS diploma required.
• 1–2 years of home care recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.
• Proven communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.

CSI is hiring an On-site Recruiting Specialist! We offer weekly pay between $22.00 - $24.00 per hour!

Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment efforts for our Miami office.

This is a hybrid position based in the Miami, FL area. Candidates must be able to attend the local office, community events, networking functions, and job fairs on an as-needed basis, typically 1-2 times per week.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous home care experience
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred

Physical Requirements

• Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements

• Monthly or quarterly travel required
