Help At Home in the United States seeks a Recruiting Specialist to build talent pipelines and drive hiring impact across communities. You’ll research outreach channels, post job ads, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and help shape recruitment strategies while supporting a mission to enable home care.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1–2 years in recruiting, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.

• Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and qualifications; attracts applicants by posting ads and using various recruiting techniques.
• Interviews applicants to assess qualifications; coordinates interviews with managers; evaluates applicants against job requirements.
• Assists in improving organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring offers and compensation practices.
• Meets or exceeds Recruiting Department and organizational goals.

• We offer weekly pay starting at $21-$23/hr; based on experience

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Professional communication and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience.
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements

• Monthly or quarterly travel required
