Help At Home, LLC in Joliet, IL is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Recruiting Specialist to build talent pipelines and support our mission of quality home care. The role involves outreach to colleges, agencies, and community partners, and presenting opportunities to potential candidates.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in recruiting, strong communication, and be fluent in English/Spanish. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with benefits and weekly pay.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Communications preferred; HS diploma required.
• 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred or required.

• Determines applicant requirements and attracts applicants via job ads and sourcing techniques.
• Interviews applicants and compares qualifications to job requirements.
• Coordinates management interviews and scheduling.
• Evaluates applicants with managers and maintains consistent qualifications.
• Supports organizational attractiveness through policy recommendations and compensation practices.
• Meets recruiting department and organizational goals.
• Duties may be reassigned as needed.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Professional communication and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience.
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.
• Bilingual Fluent English/Spanish preferred.
• On-site Monday - Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements:

• Monthly or quarterly travel required
