Help At Home, LLC is seeking an On-site Recruiting Specialist for our Miami, FL office. This hybrid role requires attending the local office, events, and job fairs about 1–2 times weekly.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, build pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles in home care services. Compensation includes weekly pay and benefits such as medical, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or communications; GED accepted.
• 1–2 years of home care experience preferred.
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.
• Proficient MS Office and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Builds talent pipelines by researching community services, colleges, agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications; attracts applicants with job ads and proactive methods.
• Interviews applicants, analyzes responses, and compares to job requirements.
• Coordinates interviews by arranging schedules and communicating with managers.

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment efforts for our Miami office.

This is a hybrid position based in the Miami, FL area. Candidates must be able to attend the local office, community events, networking functions, and job fairs on an as-needed basis, typically 1-2 times per week.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

• Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.

Qualifications:

What You'll Bring:

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.

• Valid driver's license.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous home care experience
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements:

• Monthly or quarterly travel required
