Job summary

Unknown Healthcare is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, hire, and retain qualified healthcare professionals to meet office and business needs. The Recruiter will build relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources to determine open needs and successful placements.

The role includes brand advocacy, coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers, conducting reference checks, and handling advertising for opportunities. A background in Home Care and nurse recruitment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 4 years related recruiting and interviewing experience is required.
• Experience in Home Care and nurse recruitment preferred.
• Prefer In-depth knowledge of Employment Laws on Federal/State level.

• Conducts phone interviews with new applicants, schedules in person interviews with Hiring Managers, completes reference checks and background screenings and offers of employment.
• Places employment ads appropriately with guidance from operations teams while maintaining related advertising reports.
• Accepts applicant/employee phone calls and provides information about our current job opportunities.
• Act as liaison with area employment agencies, advertising agencies, temporary agencies, and local resources.
• Maintains consistent open communication with scheduling supervisors and other hiring managers to keep them apprised of recruitment activities and new hires.
