Job summary

Labelbox is looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist in San Francisco to keep interviewing logistics moving smoothly and to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. A large portion of your time will be spent on interview scheduling and coordination with Talent Acquisition leads and hiring managers.

You will manage recruiting workflows and data in Greenhouse and Gem, build dashboards, and audit data to drive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or people operations preferred
• Experience delivering an exceptional candidate experience, with strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Deep expertise in Greenhouse and Gem, including Gem Analytics, reporting, and data management
• Strong interest in reporting and analytics, with ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills, with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with Talent Acquisition leads and hiring managers
• Manage recruiting workflows and data in Greenhouse and Gem, building reports and dashboards
• Own data audits to maintain clean, reliable recruiting data
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
• Lead projects to improve hiring at Labelbox with autonomy to drive execution
