Job summary

Labelbox is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to keep hiring running smoothly and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll own interview scheduling, coordinate with the Talent Acquisition leads, and manage workflows in Greenhouse and Gem, with the SF headquarters as your base three to four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or people operations preferred.
• Experience building reports and dashboards to translate recruiting activity into insights.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate a large portion of your time to interview scheduling and coordination, managing calendars, logistics, and last-minute changes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and seamless support throughout the interview process.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition leads, recruiters, and hiring managers to keep hiring organized, efficient, and moving forward.
• Manage day-to-day operations in Greenhouse and Gem, maintaining clean, reliable data through audits and improvements.
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards, including recurring and ad hoc reporting on pipeline health and candidate experience.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and workflows that strengthen the candidate and hiring team experience.
• Own projects that meaningfully improve recruiting at Labelbox, with autonomy to propose ideas and execute.
