Based in Midtown East with hybrid work (2 days onsite) and an option to work from Westport, CT, the role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in complex operations, plus excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure candidate engagement throughout lifecycle.
