Konektao is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead high-volume hourly hiring across the East Coast, with a strong emphasis on New York operations, logistics, and blue-collar roles. The role requires hands-on sourcing, fast screening, and candidate management in fast-paced environments.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to meet urgent staffing needs while delivering a positive candidate experience and accurate pipeline

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on hourly, operations, logistics, warehouse, field, or blue-collar hiring
• Experience hiring for East Coast markets, preferably New York
• Strong understanding of high-volume recruiting workflows
• Experience sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound outreach
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
