Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating a high volume of complex interviews across multiple roles and teams.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to automate workflows or improve processes.
• Experience in a high‑growth startup or fast‑paced environment.
• Experience organizing or supporting recruiting events.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills; proactive problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Drive recruiting and scheduling logistics end‑to‑end, building scheduling automations and workflows in Ashby for self‑serve routine tasks.
• Leverage AI to rethink recruiting operations, prototype AI solutions, and scale tools and processes.
• Run live interview operations remotely, manage urgent reschedules, and keep candidates moving smoothly.
• Own the candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow‑through, ensuring a personal touch.
• Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple teams and roles.
• Experiment with new AI tools, measure results, and improve recruiting workflows.
• Track scheduling metrics and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Build and administer interviewer training programs to improve quality and consistency.
• Assist with recruiting events and related touchpoints as needed.
