Job summary

• Ability to interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
• Customer Service: Assist with calls from clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure shifts are staffed.
