Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Office Manager in Fort Collins to lead recruiting, onboarding and training of caregivers, and to manage caregiver-client scheduling. You will report to the local Operating Director and support growth and day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers: interview, hire, onboard and train.
• Handle client/caregiver inquiries and maintain service quality.
• Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-call rotation to ensure shifts are staffed after hours.
