Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to help drive recruitment operations for tech talent, manage multi-stage scheduling, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience across recruiters and hiring teams.

You will partner with tech recruiters, optimize scheduling using Workday ATS, Canvas, and Gemini, and report on recruiting metrics while upholding data security and confidentiality in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination or HR operations.
• 1+ years of experience utilizing Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Bachelor’s degree or military experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday ATS and Canvas desirable.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across the lifecycle, including M&Gs, First Rounds and Power Days.
• Partner with Tech Recruiters to manage requisitions, workflows and candidate journey continuity.
• Leverage Workday ATS, Canvas, and Gemini to automate scheduling and reduce friction.
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers, Admins, and Executives; maintain clear communication.
• Track metrics, generate ad-hoc reports, and analyze survey trends for process improvements.
• Protect sensitive candidate and enterprise information with discretion and confidentiality.
