Capital One’s Talent Acquisition team is at the forefront of attracting, engaging and retaining great talent that can change banking for good. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand unique talent needs and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process.

You will source diverse pipelines, market Capital One’s brand, advise partners on the process, negotiate offers, and use data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 3 years of recruiting OR 3 years in HR OR 3 years of client consulting OR a combination.
• Experience or ability to consult with multiple hiring managers simultaneously and build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process including creating descriptions, sourcing pipelines, marketing the brand, screening candidates, advising on offers.
• Candidate management from identification to offer extension and closing.
• Work cross-functionally across a team of recruiters and promote a culture of inclusion.
• Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Source stellar candidates using search engines, career sites, events, and other sourcing techniques.
