Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Tech Recruiting to lead a high-performing recruiting team for technology functions. You will translate long-term business vision into actionable talent acquisition strategies and partner with senior engineering and executive stakeholders to drive outcomes.

You will oversee and elevate the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, leveraging market intelligence and analytics to anticipate demand, mitigate risks, and scale delivery for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Client Management.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning talent acquisition initiatives with business-critical objectives.
• Establish rigorous execution frameworks and clear accountability for complex tech portfolios.
• Design and leverage advanced reporting mechanisms and talent analytics to diagnose pipeline health and market trends.
• Architect and oversee sourcing to identify and secure top-tier Director+ technology talent.
• Lead and elevate a dual team of senior recruiters and executive sourcers, fostering high performance and inclusion.
