Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager - Joining Product Operations to serve as the operational anchor for the Talent Acquisition funnel. You will own production stability, user enablement, platform governance, and vendor performance across recruiting tech.

This senior IC role bridges Product/Tech delivery with business execution to ensure compliant, high-quality end-user experiences. Responsibilities include autonomous delivery of core processes, establishing SLA visibility, and overseeing vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience is required.
• 3+ years in product operations, business ops, tech ops, or process management.
• 2+ years creating and maintaining user documentation, SOPs, training materials, or release communications.
• 2+ years managing enterprise software platforms, vendor operations, or system workflows.
• 2+ years analyzing operational data or system metrics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution for core operational deliverables and system processes.
• Establish reporting, SLA tracking, and operational visibility across production workflows.
• Act as primary contact for production escalations and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Align with Product Management to stay synchronized with roadmaps and feature rollouts.
• Modernize documentation and SOPs; maintain self-serve resources for searchability and depth.
• Develop, update, and maintain training frameworks and learning assets for teams.
