Job summary

Sunbit is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist in Las Vegas (hybrid) to own our recruiting systems, data, and process infrastructure. You’ll manage the ATS, dashboards, and tool integrations, partnering with recruiters and People leadership to accelerate hiring and improve measurability.

You will automate repetitive steps, design and maintain dashboards, define KPIs, and document standardized workflows. A strong background in ATS administration and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration of the ATS—configuration, workflow automation, permissions, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain integrations between the ATS and HRIS, background check vendors, e-signature, Slack/Calendar, and more.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage the sourcing tool stack (LinkedIn Recruiter, extensions, CRM tools).
• Collaborate with IT/Security on data access, SSO, and system security requirements.
• Identify and automate repetitive steps across candidate and recruiter lifecycle (requisitions, interviews, notifications, offers).
• Design, build, and maintain recruiting dashboards covering funnel metrics and recruiter productivity.
• Define KPIs/SLAs and deliver reporting to People leadership and stakeholders.
• Document and standardize recruiting workflows (approval, interview, offers, onboarding).
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process redesigns.

The Role:

We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to own the systems, data and process infrastructure behind our recruiting function. You will sit at the center of our recruiting engine- administering our ATS, managing our sourcing tool stack, and building dashboards and metrics that let business leaders make informed hiring decisions. You will partner closely with recruiters and People leadership to make hiring faster and more measurable.

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end administration of the ATS- configuration, workflow automation, permissions, integrations, and troubleshooting- as the person who can build in the tool, not just use it
• Build and maintain integrations between the ATS and adjacent systems (HRIS, background check vendors, e-signature, Slack/Calendar, candidate experience, etc.)
• Evaluate, implement, and manage the sourcing tool stack (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing extensions, CRM/ engagement tools)
• Collaborate with IT/ Security on data access, SSO, and system security requirements
• Identify manual, repetitive steps across the candidate and recruiter lifecycle and automate them- requisition intake and approval routing, interview scheduling, status-change notifications, nurture sequences, and offer generation
• Design, build, and maintain recruiting dashboards covering funnel conversion, (e.g. time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health, recruiter productivity, etc.)
• Define recruiting KPIs/ SLAs and deliver regular reporting to People leadership and business stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights
• Document and standardize recruiting workflows (requisition approval, interview process, offer process, onboarding handoff, etc.)
• Identify inefficiencies in the candidate and recruiter experience and drive process redesigns

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR systems/ analytics(preferred in-house)
• Hands-on administrator-level (not just end-user) experience with a major ATS- building workflows, automations, and integrations
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI/dashboard tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or native ATS reporting)
• Strong process-design and documentation skills, with a demonstrated habit of automating rather than just documenting manual steps
• Strong project management skills- able to juggle multiple systems, stakeholders, and priorities at once without dropping details
• High attention to detail and a bias toward building scalable, self-sustaining systems
