Qualifikationen
- 5+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or related roles.
- Deep expertise in building and scaling recruiting processes, reporting frameworks, and tooling infra.
- Hands-on experience with ATS customization (Ashby a plus).

- Build and optimize scalable interviewing processes and AI-native workflows.
- Analyze data and develop dashboards for real-time visibility into interviewer training and calibration.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
- Own configuration, management, and optimization of recruiting tools and automation solutions.
- Lead enablement efforts with documentation, training materials, and reporting standards.
