Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast paced environment, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract both active and passive technical talent.
• Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market.
• Manage and optimize the interview process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring practices.
• Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics and share insights with leadership on a regular cadence.
