We are looking for a recruiting operations professional to build scalable processes, manage the Ashby ATS, analyze recruiting data, and drive continuous improvements across the full recruiting lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or related roles in high-growth tech.
• Expertise in building scalable recruiting processes and reporting frameworks.
• Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing an ATS (Ashby a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize interviewing processes and AI-native workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Analyze data and develop dashboards for real-time visibility into interviewer metrics.
• Partner with recruiters to identify bottlenecks and implement recruiting lifecycle improvements.
• Own configuration and optimization of recruiting tools including ATS and automation solutions.
• Create documentation and training materials to promote tool adoption and reporting standards.
