Responsibilities

Serve as SME for HR TA, Talent Outreach, and Onboarding technologies and processes.
Collaborate with business owners to implement new technologies or releases.
Manage demand, defects, and prioritization for projects within TA and Onboarding.
Develop business requirements and coordinate testing activities.
Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage project plans.
Build relationships with recruiting managers, HRIS, and technology partners.
