Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Retail/banking recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers for defined areas.
• Ensures compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, OCC and related regulations.
• Partner with business leaders to meet service level agreements and drive efficiency.
• Prepares management reports on recruiting effectiveness.
• Promotes best practices and supports HR partners in candidate experience.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
