Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements, programs, campaigns, systems, and tools to source/attract employment candidates/prospects to meet the organization's talent objectives.
• Develops and implements creative recruiting and talent outreach solutions.
• Manages a team, and related operations, of professionals who are responsible sourcing and attracting candidates for employment.
• Develops high-performing teams using PNC's leadership standards and manages key performance metrics, policies and procedures.
• Serves as relationship manager for talent acquisition's external partnerships and related contracts designed to attract and source candidates.
• Leads the consultation with business partners on creative recruiting solutions using labor market data anchored in PNC's Employee Value Proposition.
• Partners and consults with business and HR management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs.
