Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in the Tampa, FL area to attract candidates to interview and hire great employees. The role partners with department managers to anticipate hiring needs and build a robust talent pipeline.

You will source candidates via career sites and referrals, screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, and onboard new hires to ensure seamless integration and early success. The position emphasizes collaboration and effective candidate relationships.

Qualifications

• Significant recruiting experience for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm preferred.
• Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media applications.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Work independently and making hiring decisions for business is needed.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
