Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition & Agent Recruitment Specialist (American Federal affiliate) to source, engage, screen, and coordinate hiring of independent agents. You will work with Managing Directors and sales leaders to boost onboarding conversion and agency growth, building relationships through proactive outreach and events.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and excels at candidate engagement, with experience in ATS/CRM and recruiting for insurance or sales

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related field experience.
• Experience recruiting insurance agents or financial/sales professionals preferred.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills; effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage active and passive insurance agent candidates via diverse channels.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre-screens, and qualification interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with leadership and provide timely candidate updates.
• Develop candidate pipelines and track progress in ATS/CRM systems.
• Attend recruitment events to increase candidate flow and market presence.
• Support onboarding, licensing, contracting, and training for new agents.
• Collaborate with sales to drive agent growth and appointment generation.
