AmeriLife is seeking an HR Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Florida. The role supports HR programs, employee lifecycle activities, data management, and day-to-day needs, while partnering with HR Business Partners and other internal teams.

Responsibilities include onboarding, acquisitions-related activities, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least two years of HR generalist experience, with strong communication

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in HR generalist areas (benefits, compensation, recruitment, compliance) preferred.
• Strong communication and HR systems skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding, job changes, data management, and offboarding.
• Process HR transactions accurately in Workday and related systems.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and tools; escalate complex issues.
