Florida Financial Advisors (FFA) seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support nationwide hiring efforts from our Tampa office. The role focuses on coordinating interviews, outreach, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across multiple time zones.

You'll work closely with recruiting leadership and executives to identify talent, manage applicant flows, and keep hiring on schedule while representing a fast-growing wealth management firm with a collaborative, high-energy culture.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to build rapport and engage candidates professionally.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple openings and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruiting marketing and employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source prospective candidates through job boards, databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct outbound recruiting calls to passive candidates and generate interest.
• Contact and screen applicants to assess qualifications and fit.
• Review resumes and applications against hiring criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Prepare interview schedules, calendar invites, and virtual meeting logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates through the process.
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide weekly reports on sourcing activity.
• Partner with leadership to support staffing initiatives and growth.
