Aventure Staffing is seeking an energetic Recruiting Manager in Ida Grove, Iowa to serve as the primary contact for a key client. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, experience in recruiting and staff management, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

You will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll processing, and daily workforce coordination. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with starting pay around $50k+ depending on experience, plus

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Previous management experience.
• Staffing experience preferred.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining client relations.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including typing/data entry, MS Office, internet and email usage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Aventure Staffing is looking for an energetic professional to join our team as a Recruiting Manager in the Ida Grove, Iowa area! We are seeking a results-driven Recruiting Manager to serve as the dedicated, primary point of contact for a key client in the Ida Grove area. In this high-visibility role, you will work closely with our client's operations to oversee talent acquisition strategies, streamline daily workforce management, and ensure seamless communication with Aventure's client. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiting manager, you will play a crucial role in building strong employee relationships and driving retention.
