Job summary

Aventure Staffing in Cherokee, IA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local team and drive growth. The role covers recruiting, hiring, coaching, and overseeing client relationships with standard hours of Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

The starting pay is $45k+ per year with bonus potential, DOE. Candidates should have prior management experience in staffing, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Health, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience required.
• Staffing industry experience preferred.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining client relations.
• Proficient in typing/data entry, MS Office, internet and email usage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a record of reliability.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with insurability.

We're seeking a highly motivated Staffing Branch Manager to oversee our Aventure Staffing operations in Cherokee, Iowa. This is a key leadership position responsible for team management, business development, and achieving branch targets.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and hiring candidates for local companies.
• Interviewing applicants, data entry, processing hiring paperwork, drug screening, coaching and counseling.
• Develop and maintain client company relationships.

Requirements
