Job summary

VASA Fitness in Colorado is seeking a Field Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across multiple clubs. You will partner closely with District Managers and General Managers to build high-performing teams that drive club performance.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires strong relationship-building, coaching on interview quality, and timely, transparent communication. Hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office at 7100 E Belleview Ave Suite 303, CO Corporate

Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location, field-based, or high-volume strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for leadership roles (GM, DM, or equivalent).
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Recruiting Outcomes: Manage full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across multiple locations.
• Be a True Partner to Operations: Build strong relationships with District Managers and General Managers.
• Act as a staffing consultant: Coach leaders on interview quality, candidate selection, and hiring decisions.
• Drive Speed + Quality: Manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; keep processes moving.
• Own Systems, Data & Process Discipline: Maintain ATS pipelines and provide hiring progress visibility.
• Improve the Way We Hire: Identify gaps and partner with TA to improve tools and workflows.

We're looking for a Field Recruiter who specializes in hiring leaders. This role focuses on recruiting General Managers, Fitness Managers, and other key lead roles across a territory of clubs-partnering directly with field leadership to build high-performing teams that drive results.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who thrives in multi-unit environments, builds strong relationships, and knows how to influence hiring decisions-not just fill roles.

HOW YOU WILL CHANGE LIVES

As a Field Recruiter, you don't just fill roles-you help build the teams that run our business. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across multiple clubs while partnering closely with District Managers and General Managers to drive hiring outcomes that impact performance.

This is a high-volume, fast-moving role where priorities shift quickly and strong relationships matter. You'll act as a true staffing partner-coaching leaders on hiring strategy, selection, and how to build strong front-line teams that deliver results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own Recruiting Outcomes

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles across multiple locations
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Screen, interview, and guide hiring decisions with confidence

Be a True Partner to Operations

• Build strong relationships with District Managers and General Managers

Act as a staffing consultant- -helping leaders think beyond "filling roles" to building strong teams

• Coach leaders on interview quality, candidate selection, and hiring decisions

Drive Speed + Quality

• Manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Prioritize effectively based on business needs and urgency
• Keep hiring processes moving with clear, consistent communication

Own Systems, Data & Process Discipline

• Manage candidate pipelines, job postings, and hiring activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Maintain accurate, timely data to ensure visibility into hiring progress and performance
• Use data and reporting to identify gaps, track trends, and improve recruiting outcomes
• Leverage recruiting tools and technology to stay organized, efficient, and proactive

Improve the Way We Hire

• Identify gaps in hiring processes, candidate experience, or leader capability
• Partner with TA team to improve tools, workflows, and recruiting strategies
• Help elevate hiring standards across your region

COMPENSATION: $58,000

• -$65,000/year + phone stipend
• Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office (address - 7100 E Belleview Ave Suite 303, CO Corporate Office, Colorado 80111)
