We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind attracting, engaging, and hiring top bilingual talent across various departments. ** Duties**

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels including social media management platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools such as Workday, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft.
• Conduct comprehensive talent management activities, including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting initiatives to identify high-potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners through relationship management and cold calling to generate lead pipelines.
• Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to ensure a seamless onboarding process while adhering to labor regulations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer extension, including employee orientation and onboarding procedures.
• Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employee evaluation, employee relations, succession planning, and training & development programs to support ongoing talent growth.

** Experience**

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, or talent acquisition with a focus on bilingual staffing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting platforms such as Lever, Taleo, UltiPro, or Kronos is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, research techniques, and sales strategies within a recruiting context.
• Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations and HRIS systems like Workday or Paychex is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and [second language], with the ability to effectively engage diverse candidate pools.
• Prior experience using ATS tools such as iCIMS or Salesforce for managing candidate pipelines is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment; proactive attitude towards lead generation and candidate sourcing.
