Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking an energetic Employment Specialist to join our Sheldon, IA team. You will recruit and hire candidates for local companies, interview applicants, and handle data entry, hiring paperwork, and onboarding tasks.

The position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $20 per hour DOE, plus benefits including health and dental insurance, 401K, tuition and wellness reimbursement, holiday pay, and paid time off. Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficient in typing, MS Office, internet and email usage.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and hiring candidates for local companies.
• Interviewing applicants, data entry, processing hiring paperwork, drug screening, coaching and counseling.
