Job summary

Aventure Staffing in Sheldon, IA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to co-lead our recruiting team. The role focuses on branch operations, team development, and regional placement success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will recruit and hire for local companies, interview candidates, handle data entry and hiring paperwork, and coach staff. Requires prior management or staffing experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license; background checks may apply.

• Proficient in MS Office, data entry, internet and email usage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Staffing experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including typing/data entry, MS Office, internet and email usage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills that show professionalism and competence.
• Track record of being self-motivated in previous positions.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record that is insurable by Aventure.
• A drug screen and background may be required.
