Job summary

YQN is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead strategy and execution across U.S. warehouse, logistics, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience leading recruiting teams; preferred.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting in warehouse/logistics/ops preferred.
• Strong communication, sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English preferred.

In this role, you will lead recruiting strategy and execution across warehouse, logistics, and corporate functions, while partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring efficiency.

• Strong communication, sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
