Job summary

YQN is seeking a bilingual HR Business Partner to support its U.S. operations from Port Reading, New Jersey.

In this role you will partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and day-to-day HR support. You will guide managers on performance management and employee relations, support engagement and retention, and work with recruiting on hiring, onboarding, and HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of HR experience in HRBP or related roles.
• Experience partnering with managers and frontline teams.
• Strong employee relations, communication, coaching, and problem solving.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution preferred.
