Job summary

YQN, a fast-growing technology-driven logistics platform, is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead U.S. recruiting across warehouse, logistics, and corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, manage full-cycle processes, and drive hiring metrics while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws.

Strong leadership and bilingual Mandarin-English preferred, with experience in high-volume recruiting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across U.S. operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective strategies.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring processes.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve candidate experience.
• Support and guide recruiters as the team grows.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with U.S. employment laws and policies.
