Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking a bilingual HR Business Partner to support its U.S. operations from New Jersey. You will partner with business leaders and employees on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and day-to-day HR support.

You will collaborate with recruiting and HR teams on hiring, onboarding, policies, and HR programs, ensuring compliance with U.S. laws. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years HR experience including HRBP/Generalist roles.
• Experience partnering with managers and supporting frontline teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English required.
