Branch is ahead of the curve in AI-assisted recruiting and remote-first work. We seek a Talent Acquisition Lead to own hiring from intake to offer, collaborating with executives across Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, Product, Engineering, Finance and more.

You will build structured processes, maintain our Ashby system, and develop Claude-powered workflows while running several searches in parallel to close top talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, most in-house, hiring across many roles.
• Ownership of a modern ATS as an administrator: Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Structured hiring practices with intakes, target profiles, scorecards and calibrated panels.
• Real sourcing ability with named lists and proactive outreach.
• Expert daily use of Claude for recruiting workflows and summaries.
• Experience rebuilding recruiting processes around AI and tooling.
• Familiarity with insurance or regulated industries is welcome.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring across Branch: intake, sourcing, screening, interview design, panel management, offer and close.
• Run structured intakes with hiring managers and turn each into a target profile, plan and rubric.
• Source directly for searches and build named target lists.
• Own Branch's Ashby instance: workflows, stages, questions, automations, permissions, templates and data hygiene.
• Set and hold the hiring bar with managers and calibrate interview panels.
• Own recruiting reporting: pipeline health, stage conversion, time-to-hire metrics.
• Build the AI layer in Claude: agents, projects, workflows, and candidate qualification.
• Keep raising tooling capabilities and document processes.
• Own candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Partner with People Operations, Finance and leadership on headcount, compensation bands and offers.
• Write templates, question banks, scorecards and process documentation.
• Work out loud and keep search records accessible.
