Savvy Wealth is redefining wealth management with a modern, AI-native platform. We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering with a lean team to scale from 100 to 200+ people.

You will build durable pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, run structured screens, and collaborate with the Lead Technical Recruiter on senior searches. Join a fast-moving, high-growth company in NYC.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent in technical recruiting at a startup or agency.
• Ability to own full-cycle technical searches independently, including engineering and product roles.
• Strong sourcing foundation with proven outbound pipeline building.
• Comfort negotiating compensation and closing senior IC candidates.
• Excellent written communication that sounds authentic, not scripted.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles from intake through close.
• Build strong hiring manager relationships and calibrate role requirements with market realities.
• Run structured screens, manage interview loops, deliver timely feedback, and support offers and closing.
• Maintain clean ATS hygiene and candidate data throughout searches.
