Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships and communications between clients, sales, recruiters, and operations.
  • Review submissions, ensure alignment with job requirements, and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and monitor onboarding and SLA compliance.
  • Attend quarterly business reviews as needed.

Job description

Are you a master multitasker with top-tier organizational skills and a knack for seamless account management? We are looking for a Recuting Fulfillment Coordinator to bridge the gap between clients, sales teams, and recruiters to ensure flawless candidate delivery. This is a temporary position.

salary: $23.99 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Relationship & Communication Management
    • Build and maintain working relationships with CMs, internal sales, recruiting, and operations teams to support business growth.
    • Streamline communications between teams to ensure excellent delivery and contract compliance.
    • Attend and represent the organization alongside sales oncalls with CMs (preferably in person).
  • Candidate Submission & Quality Assurance
    • Review and interpret job requirements and work culture details received from CMs.
    • Act as a quality control checkpoint by evaluating submissions from the recruiting team, rejecting non-matching candidates, and escalating decisions as needed.
    • Send formatted candidate submissions directly to CMs in accordance with client-specific requirements.
  • SLA Compliance & Operations
    • Ensure strict compliance with contracted SLAs, rules of engagement, and bill rates to avoid or reduce financial penalties.
    • Obtain required client approvals for bill rates and rate exceptions.
    • Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and recruiters.
    • Monitor the client onboarding process for all new hires.
    • Occasionally attend quarterly business reviews
