- Logistics & Organization: Proven ability to manage complex calendars, book meeting spaces, and handle high-volume scheduling effortlessly.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Clear Communication: strong verbal and written skills to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and site security/reception staff.
- Multi-Tasking Mastery: Ability to prioritize urgent scheduling requests, troubleshoot on the fly, and keep process flows running smoothly.
- Adaptability & Ownership: A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic hiring environment.

Responsibilities
- Interview Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple calendars, ensuring zero scheduling conflicts.
- Onsite & Virtual Facilitation: Register candidates on building visitor logs, reserve conference rooms, and warmly introduce/connect candidates to hiring managers for their interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle, delivering prompt updates and maintaining a warm, professional touch.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Initiate background checks, coordinate drug screenings, and assist with new-hire documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to keep the hiring process moving efficiently and maintain strong client satisfaction.
