Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles within the local market. You will own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to placement, while coaching candidates through resume editing, interview preparation, and post-interview steps.

You’ll identify candidates, conduct interviews, prepare them for client interviews, extend offers, and manage the offer process.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Strong judgment to assess client needs and candidate fit.
• Proven drive to meet and exceed targets and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Interview candidates and prepare them for client interviews with resumes and mock interviews.
• Present offers and manage the offer process with candidates.
• Maintain proactive outreach to candidates on assignment and build a robust pipeline.
