Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing is seeking a Staffing Consultant – Agency Recruiter in Florida to manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to placement, for temporary and contract roles in the local market.

You will identify prospects, interview candidates, coach on resumes and interview techniques, post openings, and guide candidates through offers. Expect hands-on training, mentoring, and a clear path to advancement. You’ll build a strong candidate and client book while meeting assigned metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Proactively call to identify prospective candidates and build a candidate slate.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage candidate pipelines.
• Interview prospective candidates and assess fit for client needs.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and review resumes.
• Contact candidates post-interview and guide next steps to offers.
• Deliver good news and manage the offer process.
• Reach out to on-assignment candidates to ensure support and continuity.
