Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant to recruit and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will own the full-cycle process from sourcing to placement, coaching candidates through resumes, interviews, and offers.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and networking.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for interviews with clients, review resumes and discuss client needs.
• Deliver good news by extending job offers and managing the offer process.
• Reach out to candidates who are on assignment and ensure they have what they need.
• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates and build a strong candidate pool.
