The ideal candidate brings experience coordinating interviews, managing calendars, and delivering professional candidate experiences. This contract-to-hire position offers regular hours and exposure to enterprise-scale recruitment projects.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in recruiting operations.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling and onboarding support.
• Fluent in coordinating virtual interview logistics and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Schedule interviews and manage calendars and logistics.
• Facilitate Zoom sessions and breakout rooms for interview events.
• Coordinate offer letter delivery.
• Support pre-employment screening and ensure completion of steps.
• I-9 documentation per policy.
