BCForward is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Plano, TX to support interview logistics, invitations, and scheduling. You will coordinate interview invites, manage calendars, and ensure smooth virtual sessions using Zoom and Excel.

This contract-to-hire role is on-site with typical hours and a targeted start of 10/01/2026 for a six-month engagement; pay is $20–$22 per hour on a W-2, with standard benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Prior experience facilitating Zoom breakout rooms is required.
• Strong Excel skills, especially VLOOKUPs, and managing interview schedules.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personable, friendly and confident when facilitating virtual sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates, interviews, schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive candidate and interview invite lists and coordinate the interview process.
• Create and send candidate invitations through an event management tool.
• Extend invitations and track candidate RSVPs and participation.
• Manage interview schedules and track information in Excel.
• Use Excel to organize interview data, schedules and candidate data including VLOOKUPs.
• Facilitate Zoom breakout rooms for ~20 candidates and 10 interviews.
• Direct candidates and interviewers to appropriate virtual sessions.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and participants.
• Manage multiple interview sessions and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide a positive, organized candidate experience throughout the process.
