Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our hiring moving and be the first touchpoint for candidates, ensuring a seamless, inclusive experience while managing scheduling for recruiters and hiring managers.

You will own scheduling for high-volume interview loops, maintain data integrity in Ashby, and partner with Talent Partners to resolve scheduling challenges and prepare interview panels on time.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer-facing role (internships included).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and the ability to manage complex calendars.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Own the scheduling logistics for high-volume interview loops with timely, professional communication.
• Maintain 100% data integrity within our ATS (Ashby), ensuring candidate records, interview stages, and feedback forms are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to resolve scheduling puzzles and prep interview panels on time.
