Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Contract Recruiter focused on high-volume hiring to scale our talent acquisition by building strong pipelines, conducting efficient interviews, and moving qualified candidates with speed and care.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to forecast needs, maintain healthy funnels, and deliver an inclusive candidate experience at pace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including high-volume hiring.
• Experience conducting structured recruiter screens or interviews against defined qualifications.
• Experience building candidate pipelines, managing recruiting activity in an ATS, and maintaining accurate candidate records.

Responsibilities

• Ramp quickly on Hinge Health’s mission, processes, interview philosophy, and supported roles.
• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and TA partners through intake meetings and proactive communication.
• Partner on a defined set of high-volume requisitions, conduct screens/interviews, and build active pipelines.
