Qualifications

• Hands-on experience coordinating high-volume work through internships, campus roles, or early-career positions in recruiting, people ops, EA/admin, hospitality/events, or similar.
• Obsess over details; triple-check calendar invites and timezones before sending.
• Take initiative, own your work, and propose improvements with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full scheduling experience, coordinating interviews so candidates and interviewers are informed and prepared.
• Host candidates onsite and create a warm, human candidate experience.
• Maintain timely, clear communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
• Collaborate with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs and keep things moving.
• Keep the ATS (Ashby) accurate and up to date to prevent slips.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
